Inventory & Donors
Monitor stock in the "Inventory" tab. Register new donors via "Donors" > "Register Donor". Use "Record Donation" to add new units.
Requests & Issuance
Handle ward requests in the "Requests" tab. Check Urgency (Routine/Emergency) and allocate units.
Testing & Crossmatch
Blood Typing
Use the "Blood Typing" tab to record ABO/Rh types and antibody screens for patients.
Crossmatching
Perform compatibility testing under the "Crossmatch" tab. Record methods (Immediate Spin, IAT) and results before release.
